Bought my Hyla 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty, Lo and behold the vacum tears up with payments still being made and the company I got it from is out of business. WHF?

So now what? I do not recomend a Hyla for anyone. Just go to Wal Mart, your better off. So were do I go from here?

Any suggestions? Besides burning the piece of *** that is. The motor seems to be burned completley up as far as I can tell.

It wont even come on anymore. If I could talk or see the person who sold it to me I would shove it up his, well you get the idea.

Monetary Loss: $2600.

Location: Luthersville, Georgia

I love my Hyla.... unfortunate that you have had a bad experience... I would go to www.hyla-us.com and contact them to cover your warranty .....

everybody always needs something to *** about. just face it with any product in the whole world at some point in time something will have a problem.

call the manufacturers. stop blamin everything on the employees cuz guess what we gota pay our bills and feed our kids to. if you don't have the money to afford one then don't buy one! take responsibilty for your own mistakes and stop blaming the world for your problems.

the world isn't your problem. the products your having a hissy fit about isnt your problem. your, your own *** problem. the people your blaming are just trying to pay the bills cuz guess what everyones got um.

you cant afford it, you dont like it, blah blah blah.

you shouldnt have bought it if you didnt want it. grow up.

No one cares about your kids. If you are struggling to feed them, maybe you shouldn't have had any. Grow up!

Dont understand your problem. Even if the distributor where you got your HYLA from is out of business the warranty is still covered by the manufacturer.

Read the warranty card first before posting such unqualified comments. It states clearly that you can contact the USA Headquarters in Florida if you are unable to contact the Distributor that sold you the unit
