Hyla - Rep dissapeared
I attended a festival in GA. where I registered for a Hyla air purifier, and won.
The rep had to reschedule appointment couple of times, but I was very impressed with product. Was told I should receive it in a couple of weeks. I waited a month before contacting rep by text message. No response.
2 wks later no product. He does not answer phone.
Don't understand except to say I don't think I measured up to his potential of one who might refer others to his scam. At least I didn't loose any money as others at this site have reported.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Hyla Cons: No product delivery, Rep lied.
Location: Savannah, Georgia

I won one also, supposedly. I kept telling him I could not afford it I was on a budget he kept pushing and pushing so finally I told him I could only afford $50 he gave it to me for $70 a month the next day I called to cancel he never answered the phone a week later I took the product back and said I could not cancel it. Now im stuck paying $3,000 for something i dont have, how can i get out of this?
Your credit wasn't good enough
Every single person that attended that festival was a winner... a winner of a salesperson knocking on their door and trying to sell them a 3k cleaning system!
I am willing to bet that rep asking you a question or questions that disqualified you as a potential customer. I am guessing the only way you will get a free item out of them is if you take them to small claims court.. although there could have been some disclaimer on the form. I don't know for sure, since I never fill those things out, as doing on so results in Hyla, Rainbow, Kirby, time share, etc salespeople pestering you.
If you want a Hyla, and I understand they are awesome, don't overpay with a salesperson. You can get one way cheaper on Amazon, used vacuum store, ebay, etc.

Everyone who enters "win". It's how they source potential customers.
If the rep stopped responding to you, then yes you did not meet some standard. Consider it a bullet dodged!
