The salesman promised things that were not true or never fulfilled.1)Medicare would help pay for it - not true 2) he would get us document for doctor and Medicare right away.......1 month and 3 phone calls later 3)would come by drop off a number of sample scent oils.....never did 4)its very hard on the wrist and not for anyone with arthritic or carple tunnele.

I should have just stayed using my shop vac.$3000 is a tough nut to swallow...BEWARE
